Our leading financial services client is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of their social media strategy across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute effective social media strategies to boost engagement, brand visibility, and customer loyalty. Develop and publish engaging content for various platforms, working closely with internal teams to align with brand objectives. Plan and run creative campaigns and competitions to attract and retain audiences. Monitor social media trends and performance data, optimizing strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Respond to customer interactions on social media and maintain a positive brand presence. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a similar social media management role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills. Bonus: Familiarity with design tools and paid advertising campaigns.
