About the Role: As the Paid Social Executive, you'll be instrumental in researching, planning, and managing effective paid social media campaigns. If you have experience with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with a solid grasp of tracking tools, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, you’ll fit right in with the team. You’ll join a close-knit paid social team of five within a larger agency of 90 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, with potential for programmatic display

Collaborate with clients to build strategies that align with their goals

Create A/B tests, track performance, and optimize campaigns

Implement tracking through tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

Work with the Digital Manager to refine reporting, client satisfaction, and support the sales team with product knowledge and collateral

 

Skills & Experience Required:

2+ years managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

Proficiency with tracking tools and platforms like Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach

Experience with display ad servers and programmatic tools is a bonus, with training available
