Marketing & Social Media Executive
Norwich Outskirts: Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 Sunday remote
Salary: Circa £25,000

The Role: We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage organic social media, support email marketing, and handle general marketing admin tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is keen to specialise in a particular area over time, such as: Meta Ads Organic Social Media CRM & Email Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for organic social media channels (primary focus)
- Run occasional email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and respond to messages in the company inbox
- Assist with general marketing admin tasks
- Work 4 days in the office (Monday to Friday) and 1 remote day on Sunday to help manage weekend traffic
A Driving Liscence will be required as the company is located 20 minuites outside of Norwich with limited ability for public transport
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in organic social media management A broad understanding of digital marketing (email, CRM, paid media – any experience is a bonus) Ability to work independently and adapt to a varied workload
