CloudScope is working with a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Colchester to recruit an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the design process for a variety of projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Create visually compelling assets, including branding, social media graphics, marketing collateral, website designs, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative techniques to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Bonus: Use video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media and other channels.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience working in an agency environment.
  • A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and print design work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, and InDesign.
  • Strong experience in website design with a solid understanding of UX and UI principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
