Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with other CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
