Responsibilities:

• Act as Lead Developer, with Design and Architecture capability
• Implement software solutions utilising Symfony.
• Ensure comprehensive testing of all code and adherence to development standards.
• Identify and rectify technical debt within the codebase.
• Maintain and improve the proprietary technology platform.
• Collaborate within a team to deliver digital solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate high-level requirements into executable software designs.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines effectively.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable, extensive experience in Symfony for a minimum of 5+ years is mandatory;
• Profound understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in code versioning.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Debian is required for project involvement.
• Basic experience with AWS services (EC2, Load Balancers).
