1st Line Technician

Salary Range: £24k-£29k + Bonuses + Pension

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking a passionate 1st Line Support Technician to deliver top-notch technical support to our clients while providing exceptional customer service.

What You Should Bring

• Good IT and problem-solving skills in areas like Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, and more.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients.
• A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within our supportive team.
• Extra points for experience in the outsourced IT support industry and holding a Full UK Driving License.

In this role, you will:

• Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022).
• Install PCs and upgrade software.
• Administer IP phone systems via web-based interface.
• Provide support for customer applications (training provided).
• Set up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows).
• Support Macs remotely and on-site.
