Web Project Manager 

Location: Norwich outskirts (with a hybrid working model after probation).
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 with regular salary reviews.

CloudScope are looking for Web Project Manager for a prestigious agency in the outskirts of Norwich. The Web PM will work with clients, technicians, and account managers to ensure that digital marketing projects are executed effectively and meet client objectives. This includes overseeing projects from start to finish, developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • An understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Experience working with developers or creatives in an agency setting or in-house
  • Experience working with either open-source or bespoke web systems.
  • Familiarity with UX optimisation
  • Understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience of PRINCE2 would be beneficial

 
Some specifics of the role

  • Receive briefs from customers and ensure we have a clear understanding of their objectives so we can give the best technical advice on how to achieve them.
  • Write Project Proposals and Estimates with input from the technical team
  • Keeping customers up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management and prioritizing of workload for a team of developers
  • Testing work delivered against briefs for sign off
  • Maintain ongoing account relationships to maximise future growth opportunities
