This innovative company specialises in engaging prize competitions, offering customers the chance to win luxury goods and exclusive experiences. With a rapidly expanding customer base, they are looking for a talented marketing professional to drive their paid social media campaigns and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Snapchat to achieve growth KPIs.
• Craft engaging ad copy tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice.
• Optimise campaign performance through demographic, behavioural, and interest-based targeting.
• Design and implement A/B tests to enhance ad creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.
• Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights, improve efficiency, and maximise performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social strategies with broader business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for new channels and campaign growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, learnings, and next steps.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Proficiency with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Creativity in crafting engaging and high-performing ad content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns effectively.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Location & Working Hours

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
• Based at offices in Norwich Outskirts 

Flexible Working:

To ensure optimal campaign performance, the role offers flexibility, including:

• Working one less morning or afternoon each month.
• Monitoring campaigns during weekends on a rota basis when required.
