Senior Graphic Designer - Ipswich - £35,000-£45,000 - Office Based

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for a modern, award-winning organisation in Ipswich. Our client provides an exceptional work environment, with an open, office-based culture, filled with energy and opportunity. Due to their continued growth, expanding current and developing new brands, they are looking to grow their creative team, with an experienced designer. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead creative concepts for various marketing materials including digital, print, and social media
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, to the highest standard, ensuring deliverables are met
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst producing high quality work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency with design.

The Candidate:

• To be able to hit the ground running and have proven experience in a mid-senior graphic design role (are you looking to step up or are you already at senior level?)
• The ability to manage omnichannel campaigns across a wide range of design experience (web, press, print, social media, signage)
• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, HubSpot, Jira, DotDigital
• Brand management experience with an understanding of development and implementation
• Project Management skills
• CX capabilities
